Print Ads
CHALLENGE:
Design cohesive print advertising for a diverse portfolio of luxury developments—each with its own brand identity—while maintaining the elevated aesthetic and standards of Summit Sotheby’s International Realty. Each ad needed to feel both editorial and emotionally resonant, inspiring potential buyers through story-driven imagery and refined design.
APPROACH:
As Advertising Manager, I led the design of all print ads, balancing developer brand guidelines with Sotheby’s established visual language. I focused on photography that evoked the feeling of living within each property: for High Star Ranch, the freedom of open mountains seen from horseback; for Goldener Hirsch, the timeless elegance of European-inspired architecture nestled slopeside. Careful attention to typography, brand integration, and layout hierarchy ensured each ad guided the viewer’s eye naturally—merging beauty and clarity for maximum impact.
TIMELINE: Typically, a two-week turnaround

A spring/summer print ad for Velvaere that shifts the brand beyond its ski identity and into its wellness-forward positioning. I selected fresh, earthy imagery, refined the copy with the development team, and built a layout that balances clarity with luxury—using subtle gradients, intentional logo placement, and publication-ready details like QR access and required disclaimers.

High Star Ranch
Property Development in Kamas, UT
High Star Ranch offers a refined mountain-ranch lifestyle with equestrian access, miles of trails, and panoramic Uinta mountain views. To reflect that, I built the ad around a required image of a man on horseback overlooking snow-capped peaks—an authentic representation of the freedom and scale the development is known for. I paired the imagery with a simple slogan and used varied typography to highlight the contrast between rugged landscape and elevated living. The final piece feels expansive, grounded, and aligned with High Star’s western-luxury identity.

Holladay Park Lane
Property Development in Salt Lake City, UT
This ad highlights Holladay Park Lane’s two core strengths—the unmatched views and the modern, earthy architectural design. I selected a rendering that showcases the expansive sightlines and rooftop living spaces, reinforcing the project’s elevated lifestyle positioning. To add brand presence without distracting from the imagery, I used the “H” from their logo as a subtle graphic element, applying a transparent gradient for softness and balance. The final layout creates a clean, contemporary visual that supports the development’s premium identity.

The LaPay Group
Luxury Real Estate Agent Group
Positioned at nearly $30M, this ski-in/ski-out residence required balancing input from both the listing agents and the sellers while meeting Architectural Digest’s early publication deadlines. I collaborated with the lead designer mid-property branding to select typography, layout, and visual interest that complemented the home’s story. Subtle topography contour lines highlight the mountain setting, while photography showcases multiple seasons of lifestyle—reflecting the property’s year-round appeal. The final design delivers a refined, luxury-focused narrative, positioning the home as both aspirational and uniquely connected to Canyons Mountain.
Client
Goldener Hirsch
Property Development in Park City, UT
This ad celebrates Goldener Hirsch’s striking architecture and mountain-luxury residences. I selected photography that emphasizes the building’s bold angles and modern geometry, with warm light filtering through expansive windows just after sunset to create intimacy and elegance. The layout leans into the structure’s angularity, leaving generous open space for logo and copy. The minimalist approach enhances the high-end, sophisticated tone, allowing the architecture to take center stage while communicating the brand luxury.
This ad was designed for Collections Magazine to introduce Alcantil Flats as flexible, mixed-use spaces built for the active Moab lifestyle. I selected photography that moved beyond the typical red-and-brown desert palette—framing a dramatic overlook with an ATV to put the reader directly in the mindset of how the space supports adventure, storage, and daily living.
The layout is intentionally shifted left to align with the left-page read, and the logo is placed in the natural white space of the mountains at eye level—mirroring the rider’s line of sight and reinforcing brand presence without distraction. Final design balances lifestyle storytelling with clarity around the development’s unique features, creating a clean, publication-ready ad that speaks to both functionality and aspiration.
